MS Project is one of the most widely available project management tools though experience of its successful use varies widely. All too many users fail to get maximum benefits of this very comprehensive package. It is easily capable of supporting a deepening project management culture in a wide variety of situations. However, it is frequently restricted to simply producing Gantt charts which have limited capability to manage the project, let alone to aid development of a project culture. |
